As co-promoters, the non-Business Entities of the Research and Innovation System (ENESII) are beneficiaries.
Eligible Expenses:
Costs for the beneficiary's technical personnel dedicated to R&D activities;
Patents;
Components necessary for construction of facilities; pilot or experimental and/or demonstration and for the construction of prototypes;
Technical, scientific assistance and consultancy;
Instruments, technical-scientific equipment and specific software;
Promotion and dissemination of operation results;
Travel and accommodation;
Certification process of the research, development and innovation management system certified according to NP 4457:2021;
Indirect costs;
Transport, insurance, assembly and disassembly of equipment and installations specific to the operation;
Simulation models;
Among others.
Financing Rate: Up to 80%, with the exception of NUTS II LISBOA where the rate is 40%. In co-promotion, ENESII can benefit from a rate of up to 85%
