Investment projects in expanding or increasing the capacity of a corporate accommodation area

investment projects for the creation, expansion or requalification of non-business-based business incubators

ACTIONS COVERED BY THIS NOTICE:
- BUSINESS WELCOME AREAS - INFRASTRUCTURE, EQUIPMENT AND ACCESS:
1 - creation of new business reception areas;
2 - expansion or increase in capacity of existing reception areas;
to 3 - requalification of existing reception areas.

- NON-TECHNOLOGICAL BASIS INCUBATORS – INFRASTRUCTURE AND EQUIPMENT.
b 1 - creation of new non-technology-based incubators;
b 2 - expansion or increase in the reception capacity of existing non-technology-based incubators;
b 3 - requalification of existing incubators.

ELIGIBLE EXPENSES:
Studies, projects, inspection and other preparatory and/or accessory activities;
Acquisition of land essential for the intervention subject to application;
Civil construction contracts with infrastructure for collective use, such as water and energy distribution, waste and effluent collection, and telecommunications;
Civil construction contracts related to the construction or renovation of buildings;
Contracts related to access roads;
Acquisition of equipment, information and communication systems for common use;
Value added tax that is not subject to recovery.

GEOGRAPHIC AREA (NUTS III): Alentejo Litoral, Baixo Alentejo, Central Alentejo and Lezíria do Tejo.
MAXIMUM FINANCING RATE: 85%
