Promotion of energy efficiency and reduction of greenhouse gas emissions in State Public Administration.

ELIGIBLE EXPENSES
Improvement of passive components of the building envelope;
Improvement of active building components;
Improvement (or installation) of ventilation and natural lighting systems;
Installation of intelligent energy management systems;
Interventions aimed at water and material efficiency, including replacing inefficient equipment with more efficient ones;
Interventions that promote the incorporation of biomaterials, recycled materials and natural-based solutions, green facades and roofs and bioclimatic architectural solutions in buildings and their autonomous fractions;
Installation of photovoltaic panels and other renewable energy production equipment for self-consumption;
Energy audits and energy certification processes, as long as they are not mandatory by law and carried out by an independent qualified expert who allows the evaluation and monitoring of the performance and energy efficiency of the investment, studies, action plans or energy/water analyses, necessary for the diagnosis ex-ante and ex-post evaluation.
