Objectives:
Investment projects in expanding or increasing the capacity of an existing business reception area, creating new business reception areas and requalifying existing areas, including infrastructure, equipment and access.

Actions Covered:
the. expanding or increasing capacity of an existing business hosting area,
b. creation of new business reception areas;
w. requalification of existing areas, as long as they are integrated, in applications that aim to adapt the business reception area to attract industry (Divisions 05 to 33 of CAE Rev. 3) and/or high-technology knowledge-intensive services (divisions 59, 60, 61, 62, 63, and 72 of CAE Rev.3).

Eligible Expenses:
a) Studies, projects, inspection, preparatory and accessory activities, associated with the civil works foreseen in the operation;
b) Economic-Financial Feasibility Study of the operation;
c) Studies or reports within the scope of aligning the operation with the “Do No Significant Harm” Principle (DNSH);
d) Acquisition of land essential for intervention;
e) Civil construction contracts with infrastructures for collective use, such as water and energy distribution, waste and effluent collection, and telecommunications;
f) Civil construction contracts related to the construction or renovation of buildings;
g) Contracts relating to access;
h) Acquisition of equipment, information and communication systems for collective use;
i) Acquisition of services to make a video, lasting no less than one minute, to present the operation;
j) Non-recoverable value added tax
