Support for:
• Projects to strengthen cooperation, partnerships and support networks for qualified entrepreneurship, and/or,
• Projects to support the development of innovative ideas, business initiatives and the creation of new companies and new businesses that result from R&D projects, or have a strong knowledge valorization component, including technology and creativity intensive projects,
• Projects to boost intervention areas defined in the Action Plan (Economy of the Sea: Oysters, algae, halophytes and new species of invertebrates; Endogenous terrestrial resources: carob, citrus, beekeeping products, sweet potatoes, wine, plants and flowers and arbutus).

Geographic area covered
Algarve (NUTS II) Be located, through the headquarters or establishment with regular and effective activity, in NUT III Algarve, and develop the management and implementation of the operation from there.

The granting of the scholarship must result from a transparent evaluation process, with the maximum value of:
- R$ 930.98/month – Licensed;
- €1,199.64/month – Master;
- 1,741.00/month – Doctor;
