The “Vale Eficiência” program is part of a set of measures that aim to combat energy poverty and reinforce national building renovation, enabling the extension of the useful life of buildings, improving indoor air quality, increasing thermal comfort, of housing conditions, health and well-being of families, contributing to improving the energy and environmental performance of buildings, reducing the ecological footprint, greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, energy bills and dependence energy in the country.

Typologies:
Level 1 - Efficient windows, energy class equal to "A" and external sun protection
Level 2 - Domestic hot water systems (DHW), which use renewable energy, energy class “A” or higher
Level 3 - Space heating and/or cooling systems that use renewable energy, energy class “A” or higher.
Installation of photovoltaic systems or other renewable energy source equipment to produce electrical energy for self-consumption

Eligible expenses:
a) The costs of acquiring new solutions, covered by the defined types of intervention;
b) Costs invoiced and paid in full and subject to delivery or installation, and which comply with the following criteria:
I. Invoice(s) or proof of payment(s) with identification and breakdown of work and expenses carried out specifically for the candidate type(s), with date(s) after publication of this notice and the attribution of the EV(s);
ii. Be used for the sole purpose of achieving the objective(s) of this incentive;
iii. Comply with the requirements of tax legislation.
c) Tax on the Circulation of Goods and Services (ICMS).
